E-Referrals

For practices utilising Best Practice, you can now send us your referrals digitally with e-referrals. Referrals.

Once configured, open the imaging request screen and select ‘Radiology Queensland Group’ from the Radiology provider list. Once selected, complete your imaging request as normal. Once completed, select ‘Print and Send’. This will send us a digital copy of your referral as well as a printed copy for your patient. If using branded stationary, it is helpful to ensure that your branded paper request matches the provider selected in Best Practice.

• Automatically identifies urgent referrals by key words, for example ‘DVT’, ‘Ectopic’ & ‘PE’ which allows our team to prioritise clinically urgent studies.
• Should your patient present with no referral, if delivered electronically, our team will have a copy allowing us to proceed with the appointment
• Transparent clinical information allowing us to protocol correctly alongside our technicians
