At Radiology Queensland Group, we aim to make accessing your images and results as easy and convenient as possible. We prioritise patient care and privacy, ensuring that your images and results are accessible while maintaining the highest level of security.

After your visit to Radiology Queensland Group, you will receive instructions from our friendly staff on how to access your results through our secure Patient Portal. This platform enables you to view and download your medical images and results at any time. It is compatible with most internet browsers and mobile devices, ensuring you can access it from anywhere in Australia.

Typically, your images will be available on the same day as your imaging, and your report will be uploaded between 7 and 14 days after your appointment.

FAQs

Our reception team at the clinic you attend facilitate the creation of patient portal accounts. You will then receive by email the URL to the Patent Portal and activation code.
Follow the instructions indicated in the email you received from the clinic. Go to the Patient Portal URL. Type your activation code. Create a username and password. Log in to the Patient Portal.
Follow the instructions on the login screen under “Forgot Password?”
You will receive your username and password in the password recovery email.
If you cannot remember your password, click ‘Forgot My Password’ link on the Home page. Follow the steps. You will receive an email with a temporary password that you can use to log in and reset your password.
To delete your account, you must contact your medical clinic.

Your reports are in My Exam History. Click an exam to see the corresponding reports and images.
No, but you can copy and paste the report or print it from the browser.

Your report is available 7 days after your exam is finalised.

Your images are in My Exam History. When you click an exam, you have access to reports and the corresponding images. Images are presented as thumbnails that you can click to increase the size of the image. You can also pan and zoom images.
Yes. In the Image Viewer, click the Download button.
You can pan and zoom images. You can also swipe right or left to see the next or previous image within the same exam, if applicable. On mobile devices, you can pinch the image.
